The Future

The current COVID crisis has made the firm re-evaluate its plans for the future and it has streamlined its business model to take all recruitment and training of staff online. It has reduced costs and ring-fenced staff provision to certain homes to reduce COVID risk and avoided any significant investment in the short term to ensure the business has strong cash reserves to ensure it can weather whatever comes its way in the future. As a result, the business will develop its existing business model to other branches and other market sectors within the recruitment and temporary resource sectors.
