Origins

Leasewell was created from seeing a gap in the market. The leasing industry is one of the fastest growing markets and working in the industry the founder was frustrated by the companies he had worked for and with. He believed that he could do it better by offering a free no obligation, no pressure selling, honest service and answering the many misconceptions people have about leasing.

Success Factor

The main factors for Leasewell’s rapid growth has been the service it offers, the relationships it has built with manufacturers, dealerships and funders and finally its staff. The team follows the same ethos “To treat customers how they would like to be treated themselves” this means that the customer is given a platinum quality service everytime. Whether that be from initial enquiry stage, through to the order process, delivery or any time during the length of contract, the whole team are happy to help. The relationships built with manufacturers, dealerships and funders enable Leasewell to offer a swift, hassle-free quality service that customers would expect. Last but, not least are the team as a business is only as good as its staff. Everyone at the firm works hard to continue to build strong working relationships with existing and new customers - Leasewell believe they have the best and they all share the same goals and objectives.

The Future

Leasewell has very ambitious plans and expects to continue its growth over the coming years having moved into larger premises in October 2017 and heavily investing in a purpose built office space with room to triple its sales team, a training suite to make sure all staff are fully trained and up to date with legislation and compliance. Over the next twelve to eighteen months, Leasewell is looking to create new roles, bringing in experienced staff, supported by trainees and apprentices in marketing, social media and customer service to maintain or if not improve the great service Leasewell pride itself on. Leasewell will also continue to build and work on existing relationships with manufacturers, dealerships and funders and will continue to offer great prices.
