In essence, the seeds of the Ubiquity Group were planted via Morvah, one of the leading indigenous media agencies in Wales. Morvah was founded in 2006 to create a full service media agency based in Cardiff to fulfil essential marketing functions namely media planning and buying, creative design and branding, digital marketing and development, and public relations. Morvah Ltd grew organically to 2014 and this growth was built on its integrity and commitment to putting the client at the centre of all it does. Its strong retention record is testament to this approach and sits at twice the industry average. Over 70% of its clients have been with the company for five years and more. In 2014, Morvah Ltd acquired Peter Gill Associates, a leading design and branding agency based in Cardiff which was established in 1974. From this merger, the Ubiquity Group was created in January 2015 as a holding company for strategic investments in creative, media and digital companies and subsequently acquired Pure Emerald, a digital marketing agency with clients based in the US, EU and UK, and PS Partnership a newly formed PR consultancy whose team has worked and continues to work on some of the biggest issues and projects affecting Wales. These acquisitions ensured the Ubiquity Group could respond to any creative or communication need a client may have via a team of experts in their chosen fields sat under one roof.
