The two founding directors were facing redundancy and the only option was to set up a company and service the contracts they had been working on. The first three years had plenty of challenges mainly the cash flow and recruitment of the right staff.

The Future

The company aims to continue in its mission of providing world-class learning, increasing its capacity and developing new programmes. The business is working on increasing its turnover to £12 million by 2012 and has very clear plans to help achieve this.
