R&M Williams

The original company was established thirty ago, although when Mark Williams took over he diversified the firm’s services. After building a known reputation and client base within the commercial painting sector, the company moved into building maintenance and construction. This change in direction meant that the company had to market and impresses clients from the other areas of construction and again build a reputable image and service.

Success Factor

The main success factors have been the absence of an overdraft and reinvestment of monies gained back into the businesses, diversification from its original core business into new areas of activity, and the recruitment and retention of quality staff

The Future

R&M Williams aims to continue organic growth with turnover up to £20 million by 2008. The company also hopes to build on the establishment of partnerships with clients and other stakeholders in the supply chain and continuously improve for the benefit of all involved.
