These include very limited resources or finances, minimum industry experience, competition from existing insurers and brokers, operational complications, no business advice or support available and complying with regulatory issues

The main factors that have contributed in the growth of the business are Lyndon Wood’s business acumen or insight and marketing focus, as well as his optimism and ability to see opportunity in market changes where the ‘traditional broker’ wouldn’t or couldn’t be able to do so. It also wants to continue to be a fair employer, a significant contributor to employment opportunities within the south Wales region, and to be respected as a business and player in the financial services industry. The Moorhouse Group has recently increased the momentum of growth through negotiating partnership arrangements with some of the largest commercial vehicle traders in the country such as Fiat UK. It is envisaged that such arrangements are just the beginning of more initiatives that will continue to further accelerate the growth in Moorhouse Group’s corporate size, revenue and market share.
