The company is part of the Fifehead Group of companies covering South Wales, the West Midlands and the South West of England and focusing on projects in the financial range of £250k to £5 million.
One of the major factors in Stradform’s success has been the ability of the company’s highly skilled and experienced management team to guide the business and each project from conception to completion. The corporate philosophy at Stradform is based on providing a first class professional service to its clients and delivering it with enthusiasm and commitment. In keeping to this philosophy, the company has secured a high volume of new and repeat business. The company has also invested heavily in IT equipment over the last few years, in order to meet client’s needs and remain efficient- this has helped to further improve service and thus has furthered company growth.
Stradform has won numerous prestigious contracts over the last 12 months including a design and build contract to create 4,500ft of new office accommodation in Cardiff for one of Wales’ leading Independent Financial Advisors and a £3m contract to design and build a new factory unit in Portsmouth. The company also remains committed to the community, and continues to support programmes such as NCH Action for Children in South Wales- the company recently helped raise more than £4,000 for Caerphilly Children’s Centre.
Stradform have recently had to relocate to accommodate their continued growth and expansion and are now based in Cardiff Bay, an area where they have carried out a number of important contracts and have been heavily involved in developing. The new offices are some 25% larger than the former ones and allow the company to more easily accommodate the large numbers of new staff that they have employed in recent years. With sustained growth and the opening of a new office in Swansea, further recruitment is a distinct possibility.
